Ix Designer / WIS Developer / Proprietor / Father
I am Jeremy Helms, 29 year veteran web developer. I am a loving husband, father of two boys, brother to four siblings, and the proprietor of Jupiter Brain Corporation, an interactive agency that has been taking shape since 2001. I have 15 years professional experience engaging in projects using a variety of programming languages, server technologies, and design concepts. I am proficient in over ten syntax formats, twelve operating systems, four server appliances, and my interests include Web Design & Development, Web Information Systems (WIS), Rich Internet Applications (RIA), Interactive Experience Design (Ix), Content Management (CMS), Specialized VPS & Dedicated Hosting, and beyond. I am detail-oriented, a radical for Web Standards, I love challenges, I favor convention over configuration, and my love for Macintosh has virtually forged me into a spokesman for Apple.

Thank you for visiting my site. If you have a question, comment, or bug report, I'd love to hear it! Also, if you are looking for a expert web developer to fill a project opening, I am always open to discuss new opportunities, so feel free to contact me about whatever you have on your mind.

I am Jeremy Helms, 29 year old graphic designer, web designer, site architect, programmer, copywriter and ambitious entrepreneur. I was born and live in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This site is my personal periodical for design, code, business and other topics. When I'm not glued to the computer, I enjoy music, movies, late-night television and sometimes a good night out on the town with friends.
I began professional work in the IT industry 14 years ago in September, 1995. I started my first business in 1998, incorporated my second business in 2001, my third in 2002 and my fourth and most recent in 2006. I am a sponge — I am constantly exploring and learning — about business, design, programming, history, society, and whatever pops up on blogs across the web.
